    Athletic performance depends on much more than strength or speed. Training consistency, mobility, coordination, technique, sleep, nutrition, recovery, and injury prevention strategies all play important roles in helping athletes pursue their goals.<\/p>

    For some athletes, neck discomfort or other musculoskeletal concerns can affect comfort during training and everyday movement. Upper cervical chiropractic care focuses on the upper portion of the neck and may be considered when evaluating appropriate neck-related musculoskeletal concerns.<\/p>
